We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
To start a return, please contact us at support@curasupps.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
An RMA is required and will be provided once your return request is approved. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is delivered to our return address and its contents are verified, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your card issuer or bank to post the refund to your account after it’s been processed.
Money-Back Guarantee (Defective Items Only)
Our money-back guarantee applies only to verified manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 90 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
Refunds for defective products are issued at our discretion, but we always aim to be fair and transparent.
Please note we cannot accept refund requests for:
- Opened, used, or damaged products not caused by manufacturing issues
- Accidental damage, personal preference, or varied results
